2. Delivery Timelines

2.1 Estimated Delivery Period: The estimated delivery time for all orders is within 5 business days from the date of shipment. This timeline applies to all delivery destinations worldwide, and no additional distinction is made between domestic (U.S.) and international shipping.
2.2 Factors Affecting Delivery: Please note that the estimated delivery time is a guideline and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs clearance delays (for international shipments), weather conditions, carrier operational issues, or incorrect/missing delivery information provided by the customer. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays once we become aware of them.
2.3 Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, unclaimed delivery, or other non-delivery reasons caused by the customer, we will contact you via email to confirm the correct address. A re-shipping fee may apply for resending the package; if you choose not to resend, we will process a refund (excluding any potential non-refundable handling fees) after receiving and inspecting the returned package.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
