These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from TreeHutSheaShop (the "Store"). 1. Order Confirmation

Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment confirming we have received your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute order acceptance. A binding contract between you and TreeHutSheaShop will only be formed when we send a second email confirming the shipment of your order ("Shipment Confirmation"). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1 Shipping Timeline: We will ship your order on the business day following the date of your order placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2.2 Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery time is within 5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters) which are beyond our control; in such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays.
2.3 Shipping Fees: We offer FREE shipping worldwide for all orders. No additional shipping charges will be applied to your order regardless of the order value or delivery destination.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Currency: All prices displayed on the Store and all transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD).

TreeHutSheaShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or inconvenience. Our total liability to you for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
